These are some of the pictures we took - it was an exciting process to watch!
The site was soon cleared and excavated ready for the basement installation. As both houses were a timber frame constuction, progress was rapid.

This property in Akehurst Street, a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac in the Putney Heath/Roehampton area, was demolished at the beginning of July and was Give it Away’s first project. we created two new luxury, four bedroom, three bathroom houses with a full basement including, a utility room, cloakroom and play/study/recreation area with natural light. The kitchen is a delightful open plan design with full lenght sliding folding glass doors leading out onto a deck overlooking the garden.
The garden is a delight – it is a mature, woodland garden more associated with country, than town living. There are numerous flowering trees, shrubs, climbers and roses providing a safe and private haven. There is also off street parking for one car.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and the second floor has a further two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is an ideal family home or a spacious house for young professionals looking for extra rooms for guests and entertaining.
We installed all the latest extras which are part of today’s luxury living standards, with elegant bathrooms, state of the art kitchens, underfloor heating, all around sound, modern security systems, outdoor lighting and so on!
