The Tick Tock Club was set up in 2006 to address this by raising £10 million towards a new Heart and Lung Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
This urgently needed cardio-respiratory Centre will enable the cardiac team to treat greater numbers of children, develop more pioneering techniques and ultimately save the lives of more young patients affected by life-threatening heart and lung disorders.
