A Letter From Charlotte

Another year in the life of Give it Away has passed somewhat quietly as I have yet to summon up the courage to go back into building new homes from scratch.

I still feel the time is not right to do this, given the uncertainty surrounding constructions costs and the fluctuations in mortgage rates which might make selling my homes difficult.  So I have continued on the “safe” route with the two rented apartments in Putney and Hampton Court which are both doing well.  Not as exciting as demolitions and new builds but also less risky!

They do provide Give it Away with an income ALL of which after the costs go to the Charities I support.  We had some very nice festive December “give aways” which you can see here!  We will see what 2024 brings!!
