Action for Blind People have recently merged with the RNIB which has opened up some new opportunities for me. I am a keen John Grisham follower and having seen and read his new book “Theodore Boone” I had an idea for a new project for Give it Away. John Grisham has written a first legal thriller for the teenage market.
Theodore Boone is a very clever 14 year old who will evidently go far and I hope that Mr Grisham will make this into a series! We decided to record it for teenagers who subscribe to Talking Books and I visited the Camden Studios in London to watch the production of it. The American actor Jeff Harding recorded the book – I just did a small introduction! We will continue to fund this if another Theodore Boone novel comes off the production line.
