SATRO is an educational charity which has been working with young people in Surrey and the South East for over 30 years.

In that time we have inspired over 450,000 young people to reach their full potential.

SATRO provides real-life experience of all aspects of the working world, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) through a diverse and challenging range of programmes.

We work closely with schools, businesses and volunteers to inspire young people, fuelling their passion and enthusiasm for their future careers.

We work with academically gifted students through to those who are disengaged with their education and at risk of permanent exclusion from school.  We inspire young people for all backgrounds and of all abilities.  We work in mainstream, Pupil Referral Units, Special Educational Needs and Severe Learning Difficulties schools, in addition, we also run courses for adults with learning difficulties.

We are delighted that Charlotte will be sponsoring many of our programmes which are designed to engage students who are disengaged with their education and to help them with their first steps on the pathway to employment.
