Oasis is a children’s Charity providing crucial services to vulnerable children and families in the Elmbridge area for the past 17 years.

They support families where there can be instances of domestic violence, drug or alcohol abuse, poor parenting sand mental health issues – all these affect the children’s quality of life.

Charlotte made a donation of £20,000 to help fund the Outreach Service, fundamental to identifying the problem areas locally – this money will help to employ additional staff.  It will also support the Freedom programme to help adults cope with domestic abuse issues by attending a 12 week supportive course.

There is a small amount left over for “fun” on the summer holiday scheme in Weymouth – the only week’s holiday many of these families ever have.

Charlotte met staff, trustees, parents and the little ones in Cobham in their beautiful new premises on a sunny summer’s day to present the pink envelope!
