Charlotte Grobien, OBE making a donation to the Ambitious About Autism team
Give it Away had a great night out at Raffles, OWO, in London at a glamorous Charity dinner for Autism. The pink envelope was also there with a donation to support young autistic people taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme. Students at The Rise are completing their Duke of Edinburgh Award, which will foster teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, crucial for the students, many of whom have additional communication needs. The outdoor experience enhances their physical and mental well-being while promoting resilience and a sense of accomplishment. 7 Young people will be helped to do this with this donation.
Charlotte attended the event with Brendan Dean, Senior Partner at Ashworth’s LLP in Wimbledon who have helped pro bono, tirelessly, with all the legal property work for Give it Away which has enriched the bottom line – a big thank you to them for their ongoing support.
