There will a complete makeover indoors and out and a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is planned in the roof space.
There is a south facing patio at the rear, free parking at the front and the house has a wonderful situation within 5 minutes walking distance of buzzy Chiswick High Rd.
Work will begin in the Autumn and the house should be ready for sale early 2017. It was bought through Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward in Chiswick who were very proactive in finding suitable acquisitions.
